中国对53个非洲建交国全面实施零关税（5月1日生效）

2026年2月，习近平主席在致非洲联盟峰会贺电中宣布，自2026年5月1日起，中国对53个非洲建交国全面实施零关税举措。这是中国高水平对外开放的重大举措，也让中国成为全球首个对所有非洲建交国实施单方面、全面零关税的主要经济体。

In February 2026, President Xi Jinping announced in his congratulatory message to the African Union Summit that starting May 1, 2026, China will fully implement zero-tariff measures for all 53 African countries with diplomatic relations with China. This is a major initiative of China's high-level opening-up, making China the first major economy in the world to implement unilateral, comprehensive zero tariffs for all African diplomatic partners.

直接影响：科特迪瓦、加纳的可可，肯尼亚的咖啡、牛油果，南非的柑橘、红酒……一大批非洲优质产品关税直接从8%—30%降至0%，加速进入中国市场。
